Cancellation Notice: Kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of the full appointment price. Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule without any penalty. However, repeated rescheduling requests may be reviewed. Late Arrivals: While we understand unexpected delays, arriving late may result in a shortened service time to maintain punctuality for other clients. The full service fee will still apply. Emergencies and Exceptions: In case of emergencies such as severe illness or extreme weather conditions, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at our discretion.
